We started cautiously - buying a few hectares of land at a convenient distance from Warsaw and renovating the farmland and outbuildings.
Then we imported 8 Scottish Highland beef cattle (today's population of 40 animals is divided into two freely roaming flocks).
Our becoming involved in organic Scottish Highland culture inspired the property’s name: The Scottish Ranch.
We soon came to the conclusion that we wanted to share our new passion:
In 2008 we established a stylish, bijou hotel with cosy rooms, a first rate restaurant and a modern conference room.
Shortly after the opening it became apparent that we had too few rooms ....
Another 22 rooms, a 2nd, larger, fully equipped conference room and a Wellness & Spa centre were added in 2010.
This is how we have begun to realise our dreams of creating a friendly and warm place, to which we invite clients who value peace and the intimate ‘members club’ like atmosphere. We welcome guests who wish to break away from the cares and demands of work, to spend a few days close to nature, whilst enjoying comfort and service at the highest level.
And yet, when work needs to be done, we have modern facilities to assist you with a working break or management meeting away from the disturbances of the city.
Our dreams continue to lead us further still and our plans for the future keep growing....
